Meet Your Host

Sindee Gozansky, LCPC

Hello, I’m Sindee Gozansky, LCPC, and I’ve spent over 18 years immersed in the world of mental health, shaping transformative conversations that leave a lasting impact. From my roots in community mental health to the proud ownership of A Simple Therapy, LLC, a thriving group practice in Maine, my journey embodies a fusion of clinical excellence and a passion for accessible mental health treatment.

As an entrepreneur and teacher at heart, I’ve not only cultivated a successful group practice but have also been committed to mentoring the next generation of therapists, proudly serving as an internship training site for over five years. My philosophy centers around the transformative power of being heart-centered and leading with love, creating a unique space at the crossroads of psychotherapy, spirituality, and real life encounters.

My passion extends to supporting mental health recovery journeys, a commitment I fulfill through thought-provoking conversations on my podcast, The Heart-Centered Therapist Podcast, and within our broader community. In addition to my therapeutic endeavors, I’m the proud owner of Mental Health Threads, an online boutique offering merchandise that promotes therapist identity and raises awareness about mental health.

Together, let’s shape the narrative around mental health, education, and accessibility. Join my podcast and the community to transform your professional practice and personal growth!
